DEPOSITS: * REFUNDING & RESCHEDULING: **100% of the deposit will go towards your remaining balance!** * ARTIST CANCELLATION: Full refund + 25% off your next appointment. • Exception: If cancellation is due to client’s severe tardiness, deposit becomes an inconvenience fee. * CLIENT CANCELLATION: • More than 7 days → Full refund. • Within 7 Days or no-show → No refunds * RESCHEDULING: After 2 reschedules, appointment is canceled + deposit forfeited. • Appointments must be rescheduled 3 days in advance in order to transfer your deposit. • Appointments rescheduled less than 3 days before appointment will require a new deposit. • If I Reschedule: You’ll receive 15% off your remaining balance. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• CLIENT COURTESY AND REQUIREMENTS: * SMOKING: Please avoid smoking right before your appointment. A particular glam may not look exactly the same on you as it does on someone else. * REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS: I'll do my best to enhance your features and minimize imperfections, but you'll still look like yourself. Sleeping in makeup can lead to various infections, irritation, and potentially more serious skin and eye conditions. * CLIENT ALTERATIONS: Artist is not responsible for changes you make after the service. • Later corrections may incur fees and depend on artist availability. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• KEEP IN MIND: * DAMAGES: My studio's products/tools are my property. Damage caused by clients will result in a charge equal to the product's cost. Failure to pay will lead to legal action. * DURATION: Appointment length depends on the desired look, so please be patient. * TRAVEL & GROUP APPOINTMENTS: I don't offer travel. Group appointments must be in-studio and approved. Multiple people will not change the application prices. * EYES ONLY: Booking with CPB means a full face. Cancellation Policy
* Wellness Check: If you confirm your appointment but I can’t reach you after your appointment time, or if your reason isn’t approved, the appointment will be canceled immediately.
* Punctuality: No late fees, but arriving late may result in cancellation if it affects other clients. Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early unless arranged.
* Phone Use: To keep things efficient, please limit phone use. I’m happy to play music, podcasts, or audiobooks of your choice. One warning will be given; continued use may end the appointment.
*Right to Refuse Service: I may decline service to anyone visibly unwell, hostile, prejudiced, unhygienic, or with open wounds/sores in the application area.
